Our commitment to excellence remains in spite of the challenges.

-    CEA Committee Chair Training
-    FinCEN AML response letter
-    CFPB response letter
-    NorCal Conference
-    Annual Conference
-    Joint workgroup with CLTA and EIC for C.A.R. changes
-    Joint workgroup with EIC for FinCEN AML
-    Ongoing work with Bill Review Committee
-    Education from the Education Committee

As we look ahead to the coming year, I am excited to support Sharon Strahlendorf as the 2025 CEA President and will continue to do what is needed to make sure CEA does not only survive but thrive as well!  I encourage everyone, whether you are a member, committee member or Director, to play an active role in our association. There are myriad opportunities to get involved, whether through participating in committees, attending events, or sharing your expertise and insights. By working together, we can continue to grow and flourish.

Let’s build on the momentum we have created and strive for even greater accomplishments in the future. Your engagement and support are vital to our ongoing success, and I am confident that, together, we can achieve remarkable things.  If you have not already done so, please be sure to renew your membership for 2025.

Serving as your president this year has been an honor and a privilege, and I am deeply thankful for the trust and support you have bestowed upon me.  Thank you for a wonderful year, rich in new experiences and lessons! I wish you all a joyous holiday season and a prosperous new year filled with health, happiness, and continued success.

From my heart to yours,
